Apple Butter

This creamy, sweet butter is easy to whip up. If you're short on time use warm water to soak the dried fruit.

I used mangoes the last time I made this and it was delicious. My three-year-old ate it with a spoon!

Apple Butter
1 cup dried apples
1 teaspoon cinnamon
enough water to cover the dried fruit in a jar

Place your dried fruit in a jar (any combination of dried fruit will work including figs, raisins, apricots, pears, peaches) and cover the fruit with fresh water. Allow it to soak for two hours or until it is soft. Place the fruit in the blender with the soak water, add cinnamon and blend until smooth to create an instant jam.
