In the batch shown here, I used cashews because I was out of walnuts. It was just as good.
Cucumber Boats
2 cucumbers
1 beet
2 cloves garlic
3/4 cup apple juice
1 cup walnuts
1/2 teaspoon salt and pinch of kelp

Welcome to my blog! This project, in a protein-packed nutshell, is a one-year observation of an all raw food diet.
