Raw Vegetable Soup

Every Vegetable's Soup

This soup is an easy way to clean out the fridge.

Every Vegetable's Soup
Marinate any and all vegetables available (onions, carrots, squash, peas, corn, chard, tomatoes, etc.) overnight in a mixture of water, miso, soy sauce, lemon juice, a dash of honey, minced garlic, ginger, oregano, basil, and thyme. Heat slightly for a warming bowl of goodness. Or leave cold during the summer for a refreshing midday or evening meal.
